Do you ever want to stop and catch a moment of your life? Reflect on good times and bad and create a picture of your life journey in words? Join writer Lyndel Caffrey to learn how to express yourself and build your skills and creativity through journaling and diary techniques.
This is a two-part series. Participants can receive feedback on 500 words of their writing during the second session, if they wish.
