Event Description

Experience a gentle tai chi class in the park. You will learn the basics of this ancient practice as you connect with others. It is a low impact form of exercise and meditation which can improve strength, flexibility and balance. Browse our collection afterwards at our Library on the Move van.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and hat.

In the case of unsuitable weather this session will be moved indoors and participants notified.
