Are you an informal carer who provides care and support for an older person? This session provides information about interim support, financial assistance and aged-related supports to help informal carers and their family members.

Meet representatives from Carers Victoria, Carer Gateway, Services Australia, Moonee Valley Legal Service, Council’s ageing services, and local community groups.

Light lunch provided.
