Unwind and recharge with a virtual reality guided meditation experience. Immerse yourself in a calming virtual environment using the Meta Quest 2. Whether you’re new to VR, new to meditation, or both, this experience will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

One 30-minute session per person.
