Event Description
These Express Tech Help sessions are 15 minutes in length, to assist with one technology issue per session. We understand you may be experiencing more than one issue, but it is important to work through one at a time. Bring your question along and we will troubleshoot it together.
We can assist with minor issues including:
• Smartphones
• Laptops
• iPads and Tablets
• Library apps
• Websites
• Social media
We are not able to assist with:
• Recommendations for purchasing technology
• Anything involving finance or banking
• Government services (instead book Centrelink Q&As)
• Legal matters (instead contact Moonee Valley Legal Service directly on 9376 7929)
• Filling in online forms (instead book Help With Forms)
• Witnessing or signing document (find a Justice of the Peace)
Please book one session to ensure fair access.
