Event Description
Writer Sian Prior presents this workshop on writing for wellbeing. The workshop offers a gentle introduction to writing as therapy, a creative tool for self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-transformation. Learn how to use playful writing techniques to identify your internal conversations (the ‘dialogical self’) and discover how these conversations can help you resolve some of the questions and challenges you may face in your daily life.
No previous creative writing experience needed.
