Event Concluded

Event Description

Dr Sian Prior is a writer, broadcaster and writing teacher who will share her tips on how to write engaging and authentic true stories in a creative non-fiction style. This is also an opportunity for some practical advice for those who are interested in entering our forthcoming non-fiction writing competition, Strange Days.

This session (September 11) will focus on participants who have no previous writing experience.

The second session (September 18) is suitable for those who have done some previous writing and/or made a start on a competition piece and would like to workshop an excerpt of their entry to get some feedback. This excerpt can be up 250 words, ideally from the beginning of your piece.
