Learn how to use yoga breathwork to improve your mental, emotional and physical health. During this session our yoga expert will take you through how to regulate your breathing intentionally to help you relax, increase your energy, reduce stress and stabilise anxiety.
Please bring your own yoga mat where possible, along with a water bottle and comfortable attire.
