Don’t let your muscles atrophy over the school holidays. Rise Up yoga will get you stretching, breathing and exercising while teaching you techniques that you can take home and apply to sports, routines and life in general.
Please note our What's On brochure mistakenly advertised this session for 12-25 year olds. The age limit is 17. Apologies for any inconvenience.
