'Yiayia Next Door: Recipes from Yiayia's Kitchen' (Daniel & Luke Mancuso)

Event Description

When Daniel and Luke Mancuso lost their beloved mother Teresa to domestic violence, the Greek grandmother next door stepped in and started looking after them, passing home-cooked meals over the fence. After their story went viral on social media, Daniel and Luke published a book of Yiayia’s recipes.

They will be joined in conversation with author and speaker Ruth Clare.

This talk is held in recognition of International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, and the beginning of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign.
