Event Description

Fermenting is a traditional way of preserving food while keeping it raw and maintaining its nutrients. This presentation will demonstrate how to make mouth-watering kimchi and sauerkraut to improve your overall health and sustainable food practices. You’ll learn all you need to know to start fermenting at home.

Presented by permaculturist Kat Lavers, in partnership with My Smart Garden.

Stick around after the workshop for our Seed, Plant & Produce swap!
