Chef, cookbook author, and writer Annie Smithers talks about her new book 'Recipe for a Kinder Life' which blends memoir, philosophy, and practical tips on sustainability. All this is based on the author's experience running her restaurant du Fermier in Trentham using produce from her nearby property.
