Tai chi and qigong in the park for seniors

Event Description
Experience a gentle tai chi and qigong class especially for Victorian Seniors Festival.
You will learn the basics of this ancient practice as you connect with others. It is a low impact form of exercise and meditation which can improve strength, flexibility and balance.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and hat.
In the case of unsuitable weather this session will be moved indoors and participants notified.
